Runner Efficiency & Injury Prevention

Run Faster. Run Longer. Stop Getting Hurt.

RunDNA-certified gait analysis and physical therapy for runners across Westchester County. In your home, on your schedule.

Who This Is For

When ‘just rest’ isn’t a real answer

You run regularly. Half marathons, marathons, trail races, or twenty miles a week because it’s who you are. But IT band syndrome, plantar fasciitis, nagging hip pain, or a stubborn calf strain keep interrupting your training. You’re tired of being told to just rest.

WHAT WE DO

Starts with how you actually run

Dr. Steffe is a RunDNA-certified running gait analyst and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your assessment combines RunDNA gait analysis with a full Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) — so we see not just how you run, but what your body is or isn’t allowing you to do underneath the run. Active Release Techniques (ART) and runner-specific strength and mobility work address the limitations directly.

The result is a plan that gets you back on the road and keeps you there.

Every session is 60 minutes. In your home. With the same doctor, every time.
