Dr. Steffe is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Active Release Techniques (ART). After twenty-five years as a personal trainer and over fifteen as a DPT, the longevity program combines clinical PT with functional strength training — in your home — to build the capacity, mobility, and resilience that decide what your seventies look like.
This isn’t fall prevention class. This is the same kind of work you’d do with a serious strength coach — except the strength coach is also the clinician making sure you’re not building on a broken foundation.
